Yes, the above picture is real. Apparrently, DC comics will publish a mini-comic at the back of Batman Annual (10/7/09) & Detective Comics Annual (10/14/09). It will feature these minitute versions of popular Batman characters. As of today, no comment has been made if this will spread into other comics.
